growing species tulips from seed

Oh dear!  I put them in damp paper towels.  Sigh.  So much I just don't 
know and have to learn.

Thank you Peter.  Seeing they are in damp, it won't be a good idea to 
keep them that way for so long.  It doesn't promise well for this lot.
