Night time light

I grow a variety of bulbs in the ground that get both street light and light from outdoor security lights. I imagine the light would have to be very bright to infer with growth cycles.

I would look around the neighborhood to see if others are growing bulbs in the area of night time light.

I'm very new and have been watching the sun to determine the best place for my bulbs. At night we have very strong street lighting and I also have a motion security light. I could almost work in the yard at 2:00 am. Unfortunately there is not a space where I can put the bulbs out of these lights. I know some plants are very particular about night. First, should I be concerned and next can you think of ways to correct this situation besides shooting out the street lights (just kidding) or using black out material at night?
