Greetings, The options and methods for responding to emails from the PBS depends on your email program. In some, there isn't a straightforward way to reply to (just) the sender by a single click. For me, in Hotmail/Outlook, I need to copy&paste the sender's address into a new message - there is no way for me just to click the sender's address to compose a proper sender-only reply.
