Telos Rare Bulbs

Bill and Diane,
A very effective way of handling this problem is setting an auto-reply for your email messages. Every email gets a response email with the politely exasperated message you hope to convey which can include the suggestion people pose their question to the PBS. It's usually easy to configure an auto-reply in your email program, which you can then easily turn-on or off (and edit for timeliness) as the need arises.
And of course you can still send a real reply to the emails that merit a response.
