This species, new in Graham Duncan's new book, is included as an accepted
name in the Kew World Checklist,
http://apps.kew.org/wcsp/advsearch.do
which is probably a much better reference than Plant Finder.

Be aware The Plant List is usually slow to update recent changes and new

In theory if it is generally accepted as a synonym it would still be listed
there. It seems none of the new species from the monograph are listed. I
don't think any of these are contested. I know of many changes in
Zingiberaceae that are widely accepted that aren't listed there
correctly. It's a useful resource but has its limitations
