I agree that they photos just added to the Mystery Bulb page are of 
Brodiaea elegans. The staminodes are very distinctive in that 
species. From the wiki:
"white pointed staminodes which stand against the tepals and away 
from the stamens"

Brodiaea coronaria has "white to purple hornlike staminodes that lean 
inward around the fertile stamens"
