Dear Sylvia, Place seed packets in a small size bubble envelope for padding. On the required customs declaration sate ‘Garden/ Flower Seeds” and mail by air mail. Shouold be absolutely NO PROBLEM. I have sent hundreds of packets to the UK without any difficulty. Best Jim W.
