Reds spots on pancratium

It will eventually turn a whole bulb, into red pulp.
This would happen to all my Hippeastrum bulbs: 
IF the plants are located outdoors,
IF infestation from Tarsonemid mite is not prevented by regular treatment with Dimethoate,
IF rain water can collect in the neck of the bulb,
IF cold in autumn.
THEN: Total loss of the entire crop
