T. ciliatum climbed to the top of the nearest spruce and pine trees in a garden not far from here and smothered a few of the rhododendrons that were growing nearby. This is in Normandy near Dieppe...
They have had to ressort to weedkiller and it still is showing its head here and there.
I never have managed to get T. speciosum to grow but know of some gardens where it is a pest.
