I have some Eucrosia bicolor bulbs I want to donate to the BX. They have no top growth but they do have fresh new actively growing roots. Are they safe to donate in this condition (maybe in ziploc bags of vermiculite)? Or do they need to be fully dormant to survive a BX experience?
