Pirate Ship (http://www.pirateship.com/) does not charge any monthly rates. I believe it’s cheaper than using USPS website, but I didn’t verify. I use it for UPS when USPS wants to charge +$4 for boxes over 22” or +$15 for 30” boxes. Mailing lists can be uploaded for mass shipping. I didn’t know, until today, that Etsy and eBay accounts can be connected to Pirate Ship. I am going to try that for tomorrow’s shipping to compare rates.
