As I told Shmuel, my climate is wet (70-110 inches per year, 180-280 cm) so I can get away with a little salt on a slug every now and then. It’s not my preferred option, but when 10+ chocolate slugs are eating Kniphofia flowers in broad daylight, it’s quite satisfying. And the kniphofia is fine.
