Hi Kathy, Seeds are OK to Canada - no permits or inspections like there are for sending seeds into the U.S. Bulbs need to be inspected and given a phyto. This is expensive, and might not be possible since the bulbs have been donated and come from all over. I have imported bulbs, but only from one source at a time. Diane Whitehead Victoria. B.C.
