Looks like Zephyranthes candida, though a few of the hybrids look very similar.
It's a very adaptable species - I've flowered it in Melbourne, in Redesdale (Mediterranean-like climate) and have seen it flowering profusely in Goa, India which is definitely tropical!

Possibly Nothoscordum ostenii though I think this has had a name change

Hi Wun Ho,
this looks like Lachenalia aloides. It's a South African species and would be a "garden escapee" which is why it is not listed in the Flora of Victoria,

It could an ixia such as Ixia pumilo. The blurry flower spike in the background looks a bit like an ixia. I know from experience that their seedlings can pop up in surrounding pots so could have been inadvertently been sent in as a Hesperantha
