‘Seeds and all’ and permit

Hi everyone, I know lengthy discussions have been held in the past on how to apply for the small seed lots permit and I found the link to the Gov site.  But that's when I came unglued . Could you please direct me to the old discussion in which someone was kind and explained how to navigate the site and forms. The South African 'Seeds and All' site looks  tremendous and it may be worth buying from , hence looking at acquiring the import permit

One word of caution - ID of seeds is not great with Seeds and All.

I haven't enough to a size to be able to identify them, but amongst the few that I can, wrong ID is quite a high percentage.
