Looks like it may have been grown shady, so be careful of sunburn when you put it out. Move it to the large pot and with any luck, it will start growing some roots into the medium before going dormant. If you can protect it from blazing heat and keep it in light moisture, it may put off dormancy. When the leaves start going down, stop watering and let it be, keep the pot in shady, warm, dry til you decide it is time for the autumn rains, then give it full sun and cool temps.

So i have to change my tactics now
What tactic do you want to change? Receiving bulbs in a pot with fully grown leaves is about the best that can happen to you. There is no root disturbance (unless you do it yourself) Just leave them in their pots, keep them well watered as long as the leaves are still green in a bright, cool frost free place. Give them some fertilizer rich in potassium. Bulbs at the end of the growing cycle do benefit from fertilizing. Once the leaves turn yellow which will happen as soon as the weather warms up keep the pot out of summer rain,  keep it warm and dry as said before. How big is the pot? probably fairly small to save postage. Once dormant you can then transplant the bulbs without undoing the root ball, without root disturbance into the said bigger pot

Those leaves don't look like any A. belladonna that I have ever seen in the UK.

Update on my Amaryllis Belladonna i transplanted it about a week or 2. The leaves are dead but i think the adaptation will be successful

I grow Amaryllis belladonna in my garden in Niagara on the Lake. Deep sand and gravel south facing slope. I was covering them up in the winter to keep them dry. Once they multiplied to a point where I had enough, I starter planting them in the garden without winter cover.
If you have south facing location, replace soil with sandy/gravely mix to about 18" deep.
Plant the bulbs deep and cover the bed with bubble wrap or similar insulating material during the winter. Montreal climate is a bit colder than Niagara.
Edensblooms.com has the best Amaryllis belladonna.
