Unless things have changed very recently, the UK still has not introduced phyto' sanitary controls for anything shipped from the EU on an amateur scale (commercial shipments have had systems for ages).
It has been postponed numerous times with perhaps one very brief try around a year ago when imports from NL were advertised/advised as being the first - if it did start, it didn't last.
