YES
I gave most of them a short dry period by not watering in June, however one
area that got a good soaking in June to permit the digging of some adjacent
narcissus, is flowering more uniformly than other identical plantings nearby,
and another area that got a couple of good soakings in June is flowering
dramatically better than the rest of that planting.
I am of the opinion that a good soaking once a month during the dry period is
definitely desirable.
Best wishes,
