They do well here in clay pots in the sand plunge in the greenhuse, typical 
sand /peat lite mix. I force them into dormancy about now under the benches 
until late summer.  The only pests have been some mice that got into the 
greenhouse a couple of years ago.  They taste OK.  Anybody cook with them?
