     Looks like Crocus tommasinianus--the species most likely to self-seed or 
even to be considered " weedy " by some.  I encourage them to spread.  One 
garden gift is a pink form that is different from E A Bowles '  ' Roseum '  
and a friend in Victoria,BC has reported a port-colored seedling from his 
large planting.
