All Timber Press publications (likie those) are available to members of the
NARGS at a substantial discount through the Society's Book Service. If you
buy a lot of plant books, you can pay for your $25 per year membership ($30
overseas) with the savings alone.

See http://www.nargs.org/ or write to the Executive Secretary, Jacques Mommens,
P.O. Box 67, Millwood, NY 10546.

I remember that when I visited New Zealand I was amazed at the high prices
in the bookstores and assumed it was due to shipping costs or a high
tariff, though few democratic countries impose high tariffs on books.
