Villa Floreal at Oak Creek
This 2+ acre woodland garden features a year-round
creek with large stands of trees. Each of the six
garden rooms has its own unique character. From the
fern- and palm-laden rain forest to the sunny
flower-filled meadow, boulder-strewn rock garden and
the native plant area, the gardens have something for
everyone.
Quate Garden
Enjoy a magical acre: meandering paths of perennials
and flowering shrubs, old oaks, a rose garden, and a
tranquil setting with a year-round creek. From the
lawn area view a rustic bridge that crosses the creek
and enjoy the creek-side plantings. Fall is a really
good time of year to study the “bones” of this garden!

Seifert Garden

Visit a lovely 1-acre hilltop ranch designed with
outdoor entertainment features for children and
adults. One unusual feature is beautiful painted
walls which blend with a wealth of California natives,
roses and perennials. Don’t forget to look for the
full time lifeguard and gardener, and the very unusual
handles on the cabinets of the outdoor kitchen.
