L. radiata hardiness

Lycoris radiata does not require significant winter chill.  I know of gardens in Tucson and Yuma where they grow thickly and bloom in mid-to-late fall after the heat breaks.  Yuma is USDA zone 10/Sunset zone 13 and received no frost last winter with none so far this winter.
