Hello,
The "Alpine Gardener" features again in the December 2004 edition various
interesting articles on bulbs. Especially 'autumn bulb of the Peloponnese'
But I would also like to draw your attention to a short article on
Hyacinthoides aristidis and H lingulata. We use to know it as Scilla. But
looking closer at the bulbs I can see how these species could be shifted to
Hyacinthoides. "bulbs are nude; they lack the dark tunic almost obligatory
in Scilla" Can anyone confirm that this change has been "officialised".
Greetings
