Hydrogen peroxide aeration?

The peroxide idea reminds me of the athletes who would inhale oxygen
during athletic contests believing that it would help in performance.
We only remove a small part of the oxygen in the air during each
inhalation. So there is always surplus oxygen in each exhalation. Only
comes into play when the oxygen composition of the air falls dangerously
low like Mt. Everest.
