Hello carol,
In Belgium we have the last few jears a mild winter,from time to time we
have temperatures for a week or 2 in febr.or april between -6
to -9dgr.C.,the last to jears we have summers with temperatures between 26
and 30dgr.C.

I would imagine so. I have frozen ground in January and February - would
that be USDA 5? Summer high is about 32C but 25C is more common.
