The situation worsens. For those who remember, I complained last week about having to pay extra postage to get my seeds forwarded to me. Monday I sent the required postage in stamps, directly to the administrative person who requested it. Her name is Susana Alley. The office is at LAX in Hawthorne. Still no seeds so I called them today and was told that the envelope contained only a single one cent stamp. Obviously, the other $1.35 worth of stamps was stolen. They claim not.
