A quick Google search suggest that Hannonius was a Roman geographer, who
with someone called Arrianus wrote a work called Periplus. A periplus was a
navigational guide for sailors. There is not much else on Google

You can buy a copy of a 1533 edition, together with works by other great
Roman geographers Ptolemy, Pluutarch and Strabo, for 16000 euros
PTOLOMAEUS, Claudius. De Geographia libri Octo (graece), summa con
vigilantia excusi. (Leg. con:) ARRIANUS & HANNONIUS: Periplus. PLUTARCUS. De
fluminibus & montibus. STRABONIS epitome. Basileae, (Hieronymus Froben et
Nicolaus Episcopius), 1533,
