Is anyone else on this list who imports bulbs experiencing lengthy delays in incoming airmail packages this year? A package air-mailed from eastern Europe on the 13th has not yet arrived, and I'm wondering whether we're back to the whole game of a few years ago, where security inspections were increased but the personnel necessary to do the inspections were not....
