Ina, I just noticed your post on the effect of Round-up on frogs. We actually have discovered new endemic species of frogs on our reserves, so this is a matter we are concerned about. Next year a herpetologist will study the effects on our sites. But so far we have not noticed any problems in the areas we have been spraying. We are careful to spray only the foliage, not the soil, so that the chemical does not get into streams. That is important.
