Almost certainly a yellow form of Crocosmia. Which cultivar it may be is 
anybody's guess: there are quite a number of yellow crocosmia cultivars, and I 
suspect they're badly mixed up in the trade.

Or has Wisley conducted a trial of "yellow crocosmias" and published a key that 
distinguished the cultivars?
