Edibility of Sweet Potato Leaves & Vines

According to Cornucopia II, "Sweet Potato Spinach" is a special type  
of sweet potato that usually lacks tuberous roots, and is grown for  
the young shoots.  It is used like kangkong (Ipomoea aquatica).
