Hi David,

Allium triquetrum is named for the distinctive inflorescence spike
(peduncle) that is 3-sided. In the Bay Area, find a white flowering Allium
at this time and feel to see if the penduncle is 3-sided. If it is, you've
got yourself A. triquetrum.
