It really depends on how big your seedlings are , they do not necessarily benefit from too much compost, I would personally do it when they start into active growth. If you can give them a leafy mixture that has those well drained and moisture retentative properties then that would be ideal.

When does one repot Scadoxus membranaceus?  I have a couple of year old 
seedlings and I'm thinking of potting them up into a larger pot.  Is now 
a good time - summer in Delaware?
