Response format

As usual, I find myself agreeing with Ellen.

I often (not always) appreciate seeing the message being replied too along 
with the new reply.  Perhaps it's just the e-mail client I use (the 
obsolete and no longer supported Eudora), but I don't find it at all 
confusing to sort out the new response from the older thread.  I'm really a 
little confused by all the confusion!
