I have an autumnal flowing Colchium that I was given years ago by a friend. When the first summer warmth shows, the bulbs send up tall spiral leaves, forming a cylinder. These die back in about a month and I learned if I water them thoughout the summer, I will get the flower, a pink to lavender no spotting about 6" tall. What species or hybrid could this be? I am in Zone 8a
