Ken,
Looking at the third link, the up close picture it looks like the flower
is showing color breaks which is indicative of virus. Jacob Knecht I think
had a Brunsvigia litoralis had the same color breaks on his plant.
Be careful administering pollen on other plants as this could spread
virus.
