Tony: to be valid, a description must be published with this cultivar name, distinguishing it from the generality of the species and other selections.
Does such a description exist? Apart from the legalities of the nomenclatural process it would be good to have the reference to check out stocks. I suspect I have 'Hill Country Red' but I'd like to make sure.
