Bearing in mind that the original collection of 3? tubers 17-18 years ago by a Danish plantsman has not increased, somalense is simply not available. I do not know if attempts have been made at tissue culture. Wye College in southern England has been working on tissue culture of cyclamen (there may be others), so you might contact them.
