The rains quit, the clouds rolled back, and we had 5 dry days in a row, so my new cold frame is done, and already occupied. I have achieved a clam-resistant, wind resistant, and insulated frame (cold resistant), 4 x 12 ft, for everything from 5 gallon buckets on down to 4 inch pots.
