Dierama

Kathleen,

So far as I know, there are no hummingbirds in South Africa. The
primary avian pollinators are sunbirds, but they are unable to hover
and need to perch while feeding. Given their size, I think it would be
very difficult for them to perch on dierama flowers.

I guess that makes bees the next logical choice to work on the dieramas...
