Hello everyone. This is an awesome source of top notch gardening tips, much of it based on science. Anyway, I put paver (i.e. coarse) sand on the soil surfaces of pots and it cuts down on the amount of needed water. Maybe it will have a desired side effect of controlling fungus gnats? The best one i find is Ping x weser. as Kip said its the easest to grow and propargate. heres a link to some of the pings i grow.I just place a few "wesers" around in my seedling house and it helps to keep them under control. I also use yellow sticky paper as well. http://public.fotki.com/savagegardenz/… Kiyel Boland kyle.b1@xtra.co.nz http://www.savagegardenz.co.nz/ http://public.fotki.com/savagegardenz/
