It's not Romulea ramiflora at all, it's a South African Romulea ( amoena, eximia, komsbergensis group)

This has come up in my garden. Have never seen one like it and have no
idea what it is. Any suggestions?

The flower is about 1" long, the size shows in relation to the Cyclamen
Persicum around it. It is spring here.
