Been tied up with a bunch of activities this past week and almost missed the
bloom of a recently
purchased Bulbine torta bulb ... but caught a few blooms this morning.  Here are
a couple links:

Trying to self it ... any guesses as to potential for fruit/seed development?

where we have been having more unseasonably late Winter warm temps (to 80+F)
with a welcome cooling
to the more normal low-mid 60s and hope for showers predicted next week.  I
blame the warm temps and
higher than normal sunshine levels for inducing many of my SA Winter-growing
amaryllids into earlier than
normal Summer dormancy ... by perhaps over a month.
