Flickr options... was ... What bulbs are flowering now

for Sujit, Roland and other Flickr users ...
you must allow anyone to view your pictures if you wish them to be available to 
non-Flickr users.  You only need to do this once.  

You can also selectively make available for viewing only certain pictures, sets 
or collections.  I imagine Picasa works in a similar fashion.

In Flickr, click on 'You' and then select 'Your Account'.
Then the 'Privacy and Permissions' tab, from which you can edit the 'Who can 
access your original images' option, as
well as all the other options.
