We have many old G. dalenii hybrids, but haven't seen anything like that...quite nice!

Subject: [pbs] Gladiolus dalenii hybrid

Dear friends,

I have got this presumably old Gladiolus dalenii hybrid, which is rather spread in Northern Italy and thus probably quite cold hardy. The leaves apper in spring like normal gladioli hybrids and the plant developes the usual 6-7 leaves, but it doesn't put any spike till early October. I wonder if anyone know this cultivar.
