Yes Shmuel, The Gladiolus italicus blooms on that webpage look exactly like my Gladiolus. I see the Flora of Israel Online includes photos of seed pods. We will know for sure when my plant makes seeds. If the seeds have no wings I will definitively say mine is G. italicus.
