I have divided hybrid tuberous begonias in the past and never lost one. Just
this spring I divided one the size of a saucer with many buds, into three
parts. They are up and growing. In out climate they will not be outside
until the end of May. It feels quite summer like now after six month of
winter, but this weather cannot be trusted.
Taking leaf cutting is interesting. I must try it on my Blackmore and
Langdon hybrids. They are so darn expensive and the tubers are tiny.
