Greetings, I would wager the problem for some users is the fonts referenced in the PDF newsletter file. If your computer either doesn't have that font, or doesn't have a good substitute, you'll get bad formatting throughout the documents. Someone involved with the production of the newsletter can tell us what fonts it uses/requires. -|<ipp
