Resurrecting something like Herbertia is a nice idea, but not one that should be taken lightly. I believe the major cost of 'Herbertia' was involved with paper publication in order to qualify as a vehicle to describe new species. It is possible this requirement will disappear in the near future as it makes very little sense anymore. I understand that a few people did contribute a tremendous amount of effort to make each issue possible and it was their inability to continue these sacrifices that was as much to blame for IBS' demise as money.
